LINUS Digital Finance finances land acquisition and property upgrading in Berlin-Charlottenburg for residential real estate projects

- Renewed whole-loan financing for land acquisition of 12.8 million euros - Separate mezzanine financing for structural upgrading of 16.5 million euros - 9,300 m² of living space with 78 units in the upper price segment planned

LINUS Digital Finance recently provided financing for two high-quality residential projects in Berlin-Charlottenburg totalling €29.3 million.

On the one hand, the Berlin-based real estate FinTech has granted a whole-loan financing for the purchase of land for a project comprising a total of 20 residential units on 2,800 m². The loan amounts to almost 12.8 million euros with a 24-month term.

In addition, LINUS Digital Finance is providing mezzanine financing for another project in Berlin-Charlottenburg. As part of structural upgrading measures, 58 high-quality residential units and a childcare facility are being built on a total of 6,700 m². With a term of 24 months, the loan amounts to up to 16.5 million euros.
