The required equity share depends on the project. At minimum developers are expected to contribute approximately 5% of the total investment costs.

What securities are required to obtain project financing from LINUS?

LINUS secures its positions with standard market collateral package. The selection of these securities instruments depends on the respective project. A charge on the asset is not always necessary.

How does the financing process work with LINUS?

You submit a financing request for your scheme. Our investment team reviews the documents of your project. After a successful round of preliminary due diligence, the term sheet is signed. We carry out extensive due diligence and draft the facility agreement within a few weeks to ensure that the loan is disbursed as quickly as possible.
